People aren't always who they pretend to be online. You shouldn't be friends with, follow or allow someone to follow you who you don't know in real life.

Whether it is TikTok, Instagram or Snapchat you need to be 13 to have an account. This is because the law says that they are not allowed to collect information about people below that age.
